Hello True Blue team! Ben and I were granted our PR in April followed very closely by the arrival of our daughter Charlotte Jane. Needless to say it’s been busy busy busy since then. It has been a stress free experience! People on forums doing it themselves often seem ready to tear their hair out. Maryanne was very friendly, down to earth and knowlegable. I am also very grateful for the ongoing support since our visa was granted.

The contract was simple and easy to understand. All emails and telephone calls were responded to promptly and efficiently and the knowledge of the agents made the process simple to obtain a visa.

Ian was great with handling my application. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I was planning on leaving the country then had a change of circumstances so needed to stay in Australia and submit my application to go onto a bridging visa asap. I was getting pretty stressed, thinking it couldn’t be done, but Ian sorted it all out for me very quickly and I went onto my bridging visa a few days later. He was also great with any questions I had when filling in the application forms. He also got me work rights due to change in the conditions on bridging visa A-this was also dealt with really quickly and I wouldn’t have known about this if it was for True Blue Migration! I was super stressed out when it came time to apply for my 457 visa. Not only did I have to get all my personal paper work together, I was left to organise all the company’s part of the sponsorship as well. I was completely unqualified for that, to say the least. The whole process went very smoothly. I certainly could not have got through the Engineers Australia skills assessment without Maryanne’s help and guidance. Getting an email response from Maryanne was very important. True Blue Migration – such helpful, informative agents who never talked down to me. Our experience with true blue was a very happy one, we felt like the agents went out of their way to assist us with all queries and problems.
