143 Contributory Parent (Offshore) Visa Application Charge	Variable	This fee is $4,895 for the main applicant and $2,445 for the dependent partner and $830 for dependents under 18. 864 Contributory Aged Parent (Onshore) Visa Application Charge	Variable	This fee is $4,895 for the main applicant, $2,565 for the dependent partner. 804 Aged Parent (Onshore) Visa Application Charge	Variable	This fee is $5,125 for the main applicant, $2,565 for the dependent partner and $1,285 for a dependent under 18. A second instalment fee of $2,065 is payable by each applicant, just prior to visa grant. This visa does not have a contributory fee.
870 Sponsored Parent (Temporary) Visa Application Charge	Variable	This fee is $1,180 per applicant at time of application. For a three year visa, $4,715 per applicant prior to visa decision. For a five year visa, $10,605 prior to visa decision.
870 Visa Sponsor Charge		$420 payable by child sponsor.
Medical Examination	Approx. $400 per adult	This fee is payable for each person included in your application and must be paid directly to the doctor conducting your examination.
Police Checks	Variable	This fee is payable to the police authorities in the countries where you have lived for 12 months or more.
